The International Higher Education Scholarship Program, central to the TaiwanICDF, offers full scholarships to outstanding students from partner countries to pursue higher education in Taiwan through collaborations with local universities.

The goal is to support the socio-economic growth of partner countries through the cultivation of highly talented individuals. This program also enhances the internationalization of Taiwan’s universities and expands Taiwanese youth’s global perspective.
