Betta Edu, former Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, has assured Nigerians that 2025 will be a pivotal year for the realization of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. In a New Year message released on Wednesday, Edu expressed confidence that the year ahead will bring a wave of restoration, economic prosperity, and a brighter future for the country.

Edu described 2025 as a time for Nigeria to unlock its potential, with opportunities aligning to transform hard work into shared prosperity. She called on citizens to view the New Year as a fresh start, a “new dawn” that will turn their dreams and aspirations into reality.

Reflecting on the previous year, Edu noted that while 2024 had its challenges, 2025 offers hope for full restoration. She emphasized that the year will witness the optimal realization of President Tinubu’s agenda, steering Nigeria towards a prosperous horizon.

“Nigerians will take charge of their great future as current economic challenges give way to a horizon of hope,” Edu stated, encouraging unity and optimism.

She also urged Nigerians to remain steadfast in their support for the administration, emphasizing that positive changes take time but are worth the wait. “Good intentions need time to yield results,” Edu said, expressing her unwavering belief in Nigeria’s potential and the government’s ability to lead the country out of its economic struggles.

As the year unfolds, Edu encourages Nigerians to approach the future with confidence, assuring them that the nation’s hard times are drawing to a close.
