Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, engage and nurture potential clients to drive property sales.
* ⁠Build and maintain strong client customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service all through the sales process.
* ⁠Negotiate property sales and contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients
* ⁠Coordinate and participate in property inspections to showcase listings to prospective buyers
* Generate leads, follow-up and maintain relationships with prospects
* Participate in training sessions and industry conferences to stay informed on market trend, property values and enhance skills
* Collaborate with sales team to meet and exceed sales target.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
* Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry
* Digital marketing, negotiation and excellent communication skills.
* ⁠Self-driven and highly motivated
* ⁠Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
