Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own TheShopThera’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat and WhatsApp Business.
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, and videos) consistently both in-store and remotely.
  • Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with sales priorities and stock availability.
  • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand captions that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret engagement, reach, profile visits, saves, shares, and DM inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit weekly social media performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and strategically adapt relevant ones to fit TheShopThera’s premium brand identity.
  • Support and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches in collaboration with the team.
  • Work closely with Inventory and Customer Experience teams to ensure accurate, timely, and aligned content.
  • Protect and maintain TheShopThera’s brand voice, visual identity, and online reputation at all times.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid – required to be present in-store 3–4 days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.

Must reside in Abuja, Nigeria.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
