Job Summary :
IHMS Nigeria Limited is seeking passionate and dedicated fresh Nursing graduates to join our Graduate Nursing Trainee Program.
This program provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Customer Support, Providers Management Support, and Claims Department Support, helping trainees build a strong foundation in healthcare administration and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Customer Support team in handling patient inquiries, guiding them on healthcare services, and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Support the Providers Management team in coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work with the Claims Department to review and process medical claims in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for customer interactions, provider engagements, and claims processing.
Participate in training sessions to develop professional and technical skills.
Adhere to company policies and healthcare regulations while performing assigned duties.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Must have completed or be awaiting Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licensing.
Strong passion for healthcare services and administration.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different teams.
