Phase3 Telecom is West Africa’s leading independent provider of fibre optic infrastructure and telecommunications services. We are looking for a Communications Associate to support day-to-day corporate communications across internal and external channels.

Role Overview

This entry-level role provides execution and administrative support to the Corporate Communications team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting, formatting, and proofreading internal communications and content materials
  • Support preparation of press releases, briefs, and communication documents
  • Assist with internal announcements and message distribution
  • Support media monitoring and compilation of coverage reports
  • Assist with logistics for press briefings, interviews, and communication events
  • Maintain communication records, contact lists, and documentation
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the team

Required Skills and Experience

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of corporate communications
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field
  • Zero to two years of relevant experience, including internship or graduate trainee exposure
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
