We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Personal Assistant
Job Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and personal support to the Executive Director
- Manage the Executive Director’s daily schedule, calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Support project coordination activities as assigned
- Perform any other duties as may be required to support the Executive Director effectively
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (experience supporting senior leadership is required)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Email and calendar management tools
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
