Salon Store Manager

Location: Lekki, Phase 1.

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday(9:00am -6:30pm)

Salary: N200,000

Key Responsibilities

– Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth client experience from arrival to departure.

– Enforce salon protocols, SOPs, and ensure all staff adhere to company policies.

– Open and close the salon with full accountability for systems and procedures.

– Manage and monitor stock levels for all salon products, equipment, and refreshments.

– Maintain the inventory register and work closely with suppliers to reorder stock as needed.

– Conduct weekly inventory audits and monthly reconciliations.

– Support onboarding, training, and scheduling of salon staff.

– Act as a key point of contact for team concerns and relay escalations to leadership.

– Ensure team punctuality, appearance, and behaviour align with brand standards.

– Handle client feedback or complaints with professionalism and care.

– Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

– Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and Workforce platform updates.

– Prepare reports for management and contribute to performance reviews.

Key Skills & Qualifications

– Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar store/salon/hospitality management role.

– Candidates must reside in Lekki or its environs.

– Excellent organisational and communication skills.

– High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

– Strong leadership and people management skills.

– Familiar with digital tools like Workforce, Canva, Excel/Sheets, and POS systems.

– Understanding of hair salon operations is an added advantage.

– ⁠Preferably female for gender balance
