Labour Party : Nenadi Usman Appoints Asogwa Spokesman

Date:

Senator Nenadi Usman, Chairman of the Labour Party Caretaker Committee, has appointed Ken Eluma Asogwa, Senior Special Adviser on Media and Spokesman.

Asogwa`s appointment comes amid the leadership struggle in the party as it tries to find its way past the tenure of Barrister Julius Abure whose time has since elapsed.

Recall, the Nenadi Usman caretaker committee of the labour party was set up to midwife the rebuilding of the party to serve as a viable opposition option in the country.

Asogwa is the founder of Afri Forecasts, a political risk analytics firm, and has consistently provided commentary on national issues through various media platforms.

His appointment has been perceived as a strategic move to strengthen the party’s public engagement and media presence.

He is a seasoned legal and media strategist with a strong background in political communication.

He played a key role in the media and strategy committees of the ObiDatti Presidential Campaign Council and has remained an active voice within the Labour Party.
