Job Summary :
We are seeking an exceptional Mathematics and Further Mathematics Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive community at Awesome College Name.
As a passionate educator, you will inspire and motivate our students to excel in Mathematics and Further
Mathematics, fostering a love of learning that extends beyond the classroom.
Responsibilities :
Teach Mathematics and Further Mathematics to students across various age groups and ability levels
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, ensuring curriculum coverage and student progress
Assess student performance, providing constructive feedback and targeted support
Contribute to departmental meetings, sharing best practices and collaborating on resource development
Participate in college events, such as parent-teacher conferences, open evenings, and enrichment activities
Requirements :
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
Degree in Mathematics or a related field
Experience teaching Mathematics and Further Mathematics at various levels (desirable)
Excellent subject knowledge, pedagogy, and classroom management skills
Ability to differentiate instruction, catering to diverse learning needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork.
