Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise front-of-house staff, including receptionists, concierges, and porters.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints.
Manage room allocations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, revenue, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, food and beverage) to ensure seamless operations.
Implement and maintain high standards of quality, health, and safety.
Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and expenses.
Participate in training and development programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Hotel Manager.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
