We seek a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle onboarding, support, adoption, and retention, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
✅ Guide customers through onboarding & adoption
✅ Provide proactive support & resolve issues
✅ Identify upsell & renewal opportunities
✅ Collaborate with sales, product & engineering teams
Requirements :
🔹 1-2 years in customer success or account management (SaaS preferred)
🔹 Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to analyze customer data & drive engagement.
