Job Profile :

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for leading and overseeing all sales and marketing activities across all branches of the company. The CMO will develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance the company’s brand positioning.

This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities :

As CMO, your key responsibilities will be to:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth :

  1. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  2. Oversee national sales and marketing teams, ensuring performance alignment.
  3. Drive real estate development, partnerships, and market expansion.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and selling properties.

Sales Management & Performance Optimization

  1. Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  2. Oversee property sales processes, negotiations, and deal closures.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to track performance and analyze key metrics.
  4. Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for strategic decision-making.

Marketing & Brand Management

  1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns for brand visibility and market penetration.
  2. Develop comprehensive marketing initiatives for real estate offerings.
  3. Ensure accurate and appealing property listings across multiple platforms.
  4. Leverage social media, print, and digital channels for property promotion.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  1. Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends and customer preferences.
  2. Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  3. Utilize sales data to refine marketing and sales approaches.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  2. Work cross-functionally with various departments and teams.
  3. Foster relationships with clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders.

Brand Integrity & Communication

  1. Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials.
  2. Develop corporate communication strategies for brand positioning.
  3. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications :

  1. Proven experience in senior marketing and sales leadership roles within real estate.
  2. Strong strategic mindset with expertise in sales growth and brand positioning.
  3. Ability to lead national teams and drive high-performance results.
  4. Excellent market analysis, negotiation, and communication skills
