Sales Executive

Job Summary: 
The Sales Executive will play a vital role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other potential clients.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve given sales targets, working collaboratively with the sales team to meet overall organizational goals.
• Implement effective sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing tactics.
• Actively promote our diagnostic services, communicating our values and unique features to potential
clients.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and changes in the healthcare landscape.
• Analyze market insights to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client needs.
• Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, pipeline, and market insights for management review.
• Other tasks as assigned by your Line Manager or the Head of Department.
Minimum Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Other sales certifications will be an added advantage.
• 2 – 3 years experience in diagnostic sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Leadership & Personal Skills / Attributes: 
• Strong understanding of diagnostic services and healthcare market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
