Role Summary
We are seeking young, vibrant and intelligent Sales Executive to drive sales, supervise and ensure smooth running of general operations.
Responsibilities
Capturing high-quality photos and videos of products for marketing.
Work closely with Social media manager to develop and execute campaigns to drive sales on the various platforms.
Respond to inquiries and complaints across all channels.
Collaborate with Store Assistant to ensure accurate order processing.
Generate and issue receipt for all orders placed through Bumpa and manage customer database.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the CEO.
Supervise and provide guidance to Sales Assistant for smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels and otherresources.
Coordinate order pickup and deliveries, monitoring it’s status from start to finish.
Requirements
HND/BSc. in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with 1 year experience.
Excellent communication skills with attention to details.
Customer service oriented with good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently, solving problems with initiative.
The ideal candidate should have leadership qualities, high intuition, strong customer service orientation and communication skills, both written and verbal and goal oriented.
