Responsibilities.
Client Relationship Management:
Support the development and execution of strategies to engage and maintain strong client relationships.
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
Assist in client onboarding, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Communication and Engagement Support:
Assist in creating and implementing client-focused communication plans for initiatives, events, and campaigns.
Monitor and compile client feedback to evaluate and improve engagement strategies.
Support in crafting clear and tailored communication materials for clients.
Project Support and Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client projects align with timelines, budgets, and expectations.
Track and report on the progress of client-related projects, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
Help collect and organize performance metrics to optimize client services.
Content and Presentation Management:
Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and other materials.
Ensure all content shared with clients is consistent, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
Team Collaboration and Engagement:
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth execution of client projects and services.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for client needs.
Key Requirements
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in client-facing roles or account management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and digital communication platforms.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
