The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Kebbi State has said that it has concluded arrangements to sue the serving federal law maker, Garba Koko, for defecting to the All progressives Congress APC without due process.
PDP Spokesman in the state, Sani Dododo, said that the party only saw him on the floor of House announcing his defection to the ruling party “we have no formal notice from him, from ward level to local government through to the state arm of the party.”
He explained that, the reason he gave for defecting to APC are not convincing because he has no issue with anybody in the party.
