Job Overview
Our client is looking to hire a Branch Manager who will over see the overall operations of their establishment, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and efficient management of resources.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure high service standards.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue.
Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures.
Supervise and support department managers and staff.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
Handle customer complaints and enhance guest experiences.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and corporate offices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints and concerns.
Ability to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ability to manage cost control and revenue generation.
Understanding of sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Ability to drive occupancy rates and service bookings.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
Strong understanding of hospitality industry regulations and health/safety standards.
