Radicel.co is looking for a self-motivated Medical Laboratory Scientist that is interested in joining our amazing team of medical/healthcare professionals.
On any given day, you will not only be contributing to the team by performing the daily testing but will also be contributing to quality assurance, safety protocols, process improvement and extra projects to meet Radicel’s common goals.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of laboratory tests with precision and accuracy.
Analyze and interpret laboratory results, ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of findings.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a high standard of quality control.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive diagnostic information.
Requirements
Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) / AMLSN with current practicing license.
Minimum of 3 years experience and bench confidence
State licensure and certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
You hold a BSC degree in Laboratory Science or equivalent.
