Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to expand the subsidiary’s market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and deployment of outsourced drivers.
Ensure compliance with client agreements and service-level expectations.
Implement efficient processes for driver management, performance tracking, and dispute resolution.
Develop and manage the subsidiary’s budget to ensure profitability.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for major clients.
Address client concerns and ensure service excellence.
Develop customized solutions to meet client needs.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Implement safety and security protocols for outsourced drivers.
Mitigate risks associated with driver outsourcing, including insurance and liability management.
Lead and motivate the subsidiary team to achieve business objectives.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities.
Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and accountability.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of [10] years of experience in outsourcing, fleet management, logistics, or a related industry.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and business operations.
