Union Bank Opens Applications for Graduate Trainee Program

Nigeria’s oldest and reputable bank, Union Bank of Nigeria has announced the commencement of its 2025 Graduate Trainee Program.

The comprehensive training initiative designed to equip young talents with the skills and expertise required to excel in the banking industry.

The program, which seeks to prepare high-performing graduates for leadership roles, offers three specialised pathways – sales academy, tech bootcamp, and general management trainee.

Participants will receive a combination of technical and soft skills training, on-the-job experience, and exposure to various facets of the banking business.

Eligibility Requirements include A minimum of a Bachelor of Science (Second Class Lower) or Higher National Diploma (Lower Credit) in any discipline.

A National Youth Service Corp discharge certificate or exemption letter.

Also candidates must not exceed 27 years of age as of January 2025.

No prior work experience is required.
